Salad bar at Mensa am Park has reopened!

Right on time for the new semester, our guests at Mensa am Park can create their salad by themselves again.

Big news for all salad lovers: Since 9 October, the salad bar at Mensa am Park is back again! After a closure due to the pandemic and some staff shortages we can finally reopen the salad bar right on time for winter semester 2023/24. 

According to our Mensa survey, our guests sorely missed the salad bar. This is why we are very happy to offer this option again. At the salad bar there is a delicious selection of fresh ingredients: From crispy, colorful leaf salads to juicy tomatos and hearty granular cream cheese. 

Our components include: 

• fresh leaf salads and raw vegetable salads
• high protein salads with lentils or chickpeas
• hearty noodle and potato salads 

Dressings & toppings:

• 3 delicious dressings (two of which are vegan)
• changing toppings like sunflower seeds and croutons 

Portion size and prices for students / staff / guests:

• Salad bowl small: 1,60 € / 2,45 € / 3,45 €
• Salad bowl medium: 2,85 € / 4,30 € / 5,50 €
• Salad bowl large: 4,80 € / 6,50 € / 8,85 €

Please note that we removed the pre-portioned salads in the bowls without replacement to make room for our salad bar.
