From now on you can finally enjoy the delicious vegan baked goods from our in-house vegan bakery again! Cakes and other pastries are baked fresh every day in the Mensa am Elsterbecken. From brookies and cinnamon buns to pumpkin cheesecake – our treats are created with love and care by our vegan baker.
The vegan baked goods are available from Tuesday to Friday in the following Cafeterias:
- Mensa und Cafeteria am Elsterbecken
- Cafeteria Dittrichring
- Cafeteria im Musikviertel
- Cafeteria Mensa am Park
- Mensa und Cafeteria Peterssteinweg
Since 2017 Studentenwerk Leipzig has been producing its own baked goods at their own vegan bakery. In April 2023, the bakery moved to the Mensa am Elsterbecken cafeteria, where production will be further expanded. In the medium term, other cafeterias will also be supplied with the delicious vegan delicacies.
