For four years photography has been a constant companion in Lucius Naumann’s life. Over the years, it has become a passionate hobby for the Leipzig computer science student. His landscape and wildlife photographs are now on display at the Studentenwerk Leipzig.
Many of Lucius Naumann’s photographs were taken in the natural sourrundings of Leipzig, which he attempts to showcase in a variety of ways. With his images, he wants to show how verdant and diverse Leipzig and the surrounding area are.
The exhibition can be seen until the end of September 2024 in the corridors on the first and second floors of Studentenwerk Leipzig (Goethestr. 6).
You want to organise an own photo exhibition?
Students who would like to display their photographs in an exhibition are welcome to apply to the Studentenwerk Leipzig. The theme of the exhibition can be freely selected by the student. 24 frames sized 59.4 x 84 cm each can be shown in the exhibition spaces in the hallways of the 1st and 2nd floor at Goethestraße 6. The exhibitions are usually shown for two months.
The exhibitions are financed by Studentenwerk Leipzig’s Cultural Funding.
The student photographers must be enrolled in one of the eight Leipzig Universities/Academies, which are associated with the Studentenwerk Leipzig, for the whole course of the exhibition.
