New course from September: Parenting with Mindfulness & Self-Compassion

Strengthen a loving, supportive relationship with yourself and your children with Mindful Compassionate Parenting (MCP).

Starting in september, our Social Counselling service is offering a new course for student parents on how to deal with stress in everyday parenting. The basis for this are techniques to strengthen mindfulness and self-compassion.

Contents and objectives of the MCP course:

  • Developing self-care, self-acceptance, self-compassion in parenting
  • Improving self-regulation in dealing with difficult feelings and thoughts
  • Presence and bonding in family life
  • Perceiving and consciously dealing with internalised patterns and old routines in education
  • dealing constructively with conflicts and repairing breaks in the relationship
  • Love and boundaries in family life
  • Improving the compatibility of studies and family

  • Every wednesdays from 10 am – 2 pm:

Mindful Compassionate Parenting (MCP) is a health insurance-certified mindfulness and self-compassion training specifically for parents with the aim of better managing stress in everyday family life and taking more mindful care of themselves.
