New Administrative Board at the Studentenwerk Leipzig
On 19 January 2022, the new administrative board of the Studentenwerk Leipzig held its constituent meeting. As part of the rotation, five new student representatives were welcomed to the Administrative Board. The meeting also included the election of the Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson of the Administrative Board.
The Administrative Board of the Studentenwerk Leipzig meets twice a year to discuss and make important decisions. For certain areas such as culture, social affairs and the semester ticket, the board sets up committees, such as the Semester Ticket Committee. Half of the members of the Board of Directors are students and the other half are non-students. Students can contact the board members directly with their suggestions at any time.
