From 1. October 2024 our Mensas are sourcing all their turkey meat from a regional producer. The meat will be sourced from the Gönntaler Putenspezialitäten GmbH from Altengönna close to Jena. On the one hand, this means that we do not use frozen goods and thus save CO2 for freezing and through shorter supply chains and transport routes. Secondly, we support regional producers. In this way, we are taking a further step towards sustainability in our Mensas.
