For everyone: Various options to get the Covid-19 vaccination in Leipzig

Since the end of September, the vaccination centers have been closed. However, for all those who would like to be vaccinated against Covid-19, there are still various options to get the vaccination. Some of those can be attended without registration. 

In addition to the vaccination offers listed, you can receive the coronavirus vaccination in general practitioners' offices, medical care centers and hospitals, as well as from company doctors, usually after booking an appointment in advance.

Vaccination offered at the University of Leipzig

  • October 5 to the end of November, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • At the New Augusteum on Augustusplatz
  • Coronavirus vaccinations for everyone
  • No appointment needed
  • Foreign students can get vaccinated without German health insurance. An identification document indicating your name, date of birth, and address is required.

  • First and second shots as well as booster shots available

There is also a waiting list if no appointments are available and a free Corona hotline.
