It is that time again: Our beloved Christmas Week is just around the corner! From Monday to Friday we cordially invite you to get in the Christmas spirit with our festive dishes.
From 9. to 13. December you can expect delicious menus in all Mensas, for example:
- Roast venison with cranberry sauce, broussel sprots with roasted sesame and potato cones (Monday in the Mensa am Elsterbecken)
- Smoked tofu goulash with cranberries, red cabbage with apples and Thuringian dumplings(Tuesday in the Mensa an den Tierkliniken)
- Homemade chestnut roast, broussel sprouts and dumplings (Wednesday in the Mensa am Medizincampus).
The christmas Regio-Teller on Thursday: enjoyment made sustainable!
On Thursday, 12 December, our Regio-Teller takes the spotlight. This highlight is available in all Mensas, from small to large! The speciality: The ingredients come from regional producers, ensuring freshness and short transport routes.
This awaits you on the Regio-Teller:
- Goose breast from Gönnathal or Vension gulash from Gönnathal
- additionaly red cabbage from Friedrich’s Gut and handmade dumplings from Friweika
